After resting from their penguin ordeal, the party moved into a room with statues of seven of the nine muses on the 8th day of Eleasis. They recited an epic poem before Calliope, told a true story to Clio, created a love poem for Erato, sang for Euterpe, told a tragic tale to Melpomene, danced a jig to Terpsichore, and told Thalia a bad joke. This allowed them to pass through to a room where they began to experience what it might be like for a deity. They did not all enjoy that room, so they found what it might be like to be very small instead. And then they fought some steaks and made puns. Deep down they knew it was wrong to make the puns, but they did it anyway. Then someone said something funny that was "sig worthy", but no one remembers what it was.

The party then moved on to a few rounds of trivia to open a door. Then they saw the end of a short battle between giant-ish human-ish figures and a single elf of normal size. There was some necromancy going on there with some big black spheres. The kleptomanic wizard made off with a big purple robe of an ancient, powerful half-lich and plans to make a dinner jacket out of it. That can't end badly. They also nabbed a nice short sword, a ring, and some boots of elvenkind. They decided not to complete the spell to create a lich from a race that enslaved elves.

Having seen all the secrets of the half-lich's nightmare, the party continued on to Cantrev Edenmore to identify some objects and risk creation as they knew it to see if they might learn a new spell or two from a giant book.

They they headed out to the moonwell on the southwestern peninsula. There they met Andras and Delwyn Cadogan. They are brothers who live out in the forest and eat a lot of hallucinogenic berries to pass the time. They had noticed someone had been around their moonwell, but they didn't seem to care. They informed the party that Dermot was an old, insane druid that watched the moonwell near the Loch of Forfar. They said the Firbolgs might be an unpleasant surprise for anyone who goes out there.

Then they set off for Caer Althone with perhaps an eye on the moonwell by the ruins of Loughatorick. On the trail from Cantrev Edenmore, they encountered some owlbears. Half bear, half owl, all unhappy to be entangled and punched.

Some members of the party experienced an epiphany. They understood more of their roles in life than before. They stopped for four days to really drive this lesson home.

It rained for four days. It was wildly unpleasant for them.

They will resume their journey to Caer Althone on the 20th of Eleasis.

I wanted to add that the "diety room" is one of the best rooms I've seen in awhile. It requires a dungeon that is able to break natural law left and right so you still have no idea if it was real once you left, and it also has a pleasing tone, message, and slant to it. I'm not ashamed to say that I will rip it off wholesale one day.
