I second this, I would be happy to do a full color map based off of said chicken scratch and get several printed so we have them readily available. I am seriously lost as to where I am from much less any of the other characters or where the hell we are going.

You're from here! (points finger)
I did, in fact, find the papers I was "missing"- they had gotten inserted upside down upon packing, presumably because I'm so gosh darned smart!

By the way, I am willing to drive to your place, pick up your crusty "maps," and recreate them. Or deliver to Mikey for recreation. I just don't want to play again not knowing where the hell I am.

They won't even be paying anyone to cook the fish. Sorry. I have a race down past Pueblo on the 17/18th, and my sister will be in town the next weekend (and only Friday-Sunday). Since I see my family about once a year, it'd be a dick move to game then. The later weekend, though... uhhh... Oct 1. That works for me. I will be turning some later age when the clock hits midnight, but I'd prefer to ignore it anyway.

I'm going to make an assumption here, followed by a suggestion. If the assumption is wrong, ignore the suggestion.
Basically, I assume we are going to get a true resurrection going for the guy who didn't know to step backwards when he heard "Everyone who wants to volunteer for this suicide assignment, take one step forward." I assume we will be assigned a quest for the church that did the raising. I further assume the church won't mind too much if we take a 6-7 day break to prepare ourselves for the trials of our faith or whatever.
So the suggestion is that those of us who don't suck a cock and take our character sheets with us can level before, you know, Oct 8. Those of us who do suck a cock will probably find their way to Mikey's during the next month and can do so then... unless they are with John. Then they just continue to suck.

Everybody take a vacation day for Wednesday, September 14.
I'm only half-joking.

Well, we could remember remember the eleventh of September (Sunday).
Or the ninth of September (Friday).

I am out of town on the 14th. Also Radiant Silvergun!
A vacation day midweek would actually work well. Zem's other days could work as well. I think we need to consider other days if every Saturday before Oct 8th is fucked.

Well, I don't think I'll be taking vacation. But, seriously, what about Sunday the 11th or Friday the 9th?

If you're talking about next Friday, that is going to be tough. My dad and stepmom are coming in from out of town, and staying the weekend. They will be leaving at some point Friday night, but I wouldn't say that I could get to Mikes until 8:00 or so at the earliest...

I could make a Friday work. Sundays would be less preferable.

PoorAssRacing wrote: I could make a Friday work. Sundays would be less preferable. Is Sunday "less preferable" to taking a vacation day? I get 2 weeks a year and I have been here 9 months, so I don't exactly have a lot of vacation. I can swing something if that's what everyone wants, but... meh. Here are the options that have not yet been eliminated. 1: Vacation day 2: Friday October 7th 3: Sunday October 9th 4: Saturday, October 15th (and beyond) 5: Playing without someone.

I am fine with the Friday and Sunday dates and as a benefit of being mostly self employed a day in the middle of the week works as well.
