I threw out the avocado chicken salad sammiches Saturday night. You cannot fathom the unholy stench that is coming from my trash bins.

I am happy you passed the fort save.

Shoulda let the dwarf do it. Dwarves have awesome fort saves when poison is involved.

Well, there's that, but also I should never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line.

Well, this is awkward...

Quote:
"Wear a green hat." This doesn't sound particularly offensive until you understand that green hats were a component of the male brothel workers uniform during the Tang dynasty. These brothels were so prominent that some historians speculate the Tang dynasty was actually named after the amount of poozle they serviced rather than the emperor's family. References to green hats can challenge the fidelity of someone's wife or suggest someone's father is an anonymous man whore.

It looks like copying from Cracked articles adds its own link. I wonder how I feel about it. It's about insults from around the world.

Oh, by the way, gaming....

Me:
September 14: Can do.
September 21: No can do. Traveling.
September 28: Can do. I'm sure Mrs PAR has something planned for Mr PAR's birthday. I give 3 shits about my birthday.
October 5: Can do. Still giving 3 shits about my birthday.

I think that for me, September could be a little tricky. I think that right now, the 14th would be the best. September 28th should work as well. October 5th should be fine...

October 5: Can do. Still giving 3 shits about my birthday.Good. I can give Zemmy his birthday spankings at gaming.

FYI, one of our jobs recently started construction. The superintendent for the job goes by the name of Monte. I'm going to giggle every time I have to interact with him, because I'm going to picture him in a top hat and a monocle.

And bat spats.

Please get a picture of him with Fritz.

Whoa.

I know "epic" gets overused these days, but that situation would warrant its use, I think.

Unfortunately, Fritz lives in Seattle or something. If he visits during construction on this particular job, you bet your sweet ass I'll get him out to the jobsite.

Okay, so it looks like it is the 28th if we game in September. I am scheduled to work that day, but I would be up for it if you can wait for me. I could get there around 6:00 pm.

Or we could just bin September, and go for October 5th???

We need some other members of the aforementioned group to participate in the conversation regarding availability for nerdal activities before determining the best course of action.

The 14th is going to be hard for me to make, but possible. The 28th should be ok.

BTW- Today I have a very strong chance at a Java developer job! In the same building I work with now- my PM put a good word in for me.

Now, just have to remember Java. Looks like this will be Fun Refresher Weekend!

Still waiting on comments from a few about Sept 28th and later...

Oh, and I like to think this is how enemies look when Parry Ball strikes.

LOL! Yeah, that sums Perry up pretty well :)

Now what were we talking about again? Oh yes, gaming dates...

I think the 28th will work.

I'm giggling, imagining Alenka and some foe locked in an epic sword battle, trading thrusts, sidestepping, dodging, with the foe seeing his chance for an opening, deftly steps in with a well-timed thPARRY BALL SAYS NO.

And then battle stopping for a few seconds, while the enemy gives Alenka that very same look.

Soooo... Gaming this Saturday right?

In light of all the recent shenanigans, I now do not have to work, so I can be there earlier if that helps.

This is nothing compared to the sass that will occur if Baldy doesn't get us a recap soon!

If on the off chance I ever trick a female into giving birth to a son, I really should name him Calvin.
