I'm trying a thing where I write this direct instead of from my notes.
-
While heading to the eastern border of Kelestris, the group is expertly intercepted by bandits! An unusual member was a feral-looking umbran with normal eyes- the rest of the group, led by a fierce and strong female human rogue, and expertly supported by a sneering, otherwise noble-faced swordsman, looked mostly local. Very fast reactions from the pixies resulted in the failed wizard of Zem tower being first rooted to the ground, then burned to within an inch of his life (and left unconscious), whilst a slight young woman with a foxlike faced charmed Alenka. After witnessing how expertly her group had been knocked around and controlled, she offered a deal, which Rigby accepted, being that the cleric had two melee on him. He did raise the price of the "ceasing of hostilities" to 750 gold. Alenka was very sad to see her new friend go, and Morgrim was sad he didn't get to do anything really cool this time. Keichi was just happy to not get killed, lacking his normal extrareality psychic control mechanism, and instead being equipped with one with a substantially stronger taste for mixed drink. The group trained in the middle of nowhere for five days, and moped around for an additional 5 so that the pixies could have more fun with their arrows.
Arriving in town, the crew had essentially nothing to do, so they did exactly that, heading out again rather quickly. Travelling again, they encountered some hungry, and voracious crabs by some water. These damned crabs thought that they sure would be tasty once brought into the water, so they did exactly that. Keichi, in particular, was brought quickly into the water, though he managed to get free. During this brief freedom, Rigby used Benevolent Transposition to switch positions with him, and quickly flew upwards, confusing the poor hungry crab. Charlotte could do very little past her initial burst of damage, but continued to fire arrows at crabs that were above the surface. Eventually, two crabs were killed and one was driven off.
... to be continued

Hey, the pixies only added 2 additional days. We don't take as long to train because we're adorable.

Actually Ash got switched with Keichi because he was covered with grease and therefore had pluses against the grapple. I didn't spend all that time underwater playing deadliest catch to be left out of the synopsis.

Indeed. I was unwilling to risk sacrificing myself just to save one fighter-type.
Well, I was willing to sacrifice myself, but I was prevented from doing so by this invisible priest who had me held down. Once I invisibly defeated the invisible priest, I move to risk sacrificing myself for my dearest friends posthaste. I might have left that part out before.

We'll have to watch out for those pesky invisible priests in the future.
