My Dad is coming up on the 5th so I would be available around 5:00 or so.

FWIW, decided to start my party early on the 26th, so gaming is still an option on that date.

I get the feeling that kids of a pre-5 age have birthday parties that family usually attends. I'd feel pretty good about sending a gift and calling it good.

So... I don't think we'll be using tablets. There is a problem with it. I have asked for help, and it has been an email exchange resulting in a total of 3 emails from me and 2 from them. Sadly, this has spanned several weeks.

If we get it fixed, we will use them. Otherwise, I will carry my 30in monitor down there with a separate PC. We can sort of pass around a mouse. This is not a long term solution, but this is also a trial. We'll see how it goes. If it sucks balls, we'll jump back to the grid we have.

So I got a Google Pixel C tablet. I'm not sure how I feel about it. I like the hard home button and the back button. It's kind of annoying that they don't have that, but it looks like most tablets don't.

As I told Mark, this could likely be my last gaming day for a short while (unless we do something like March 26 and then something toward the end of April). However, I fully intend to come back after the initial bloodbath that will be the first few months of parenting twins.

So at this point, I think something being the tailend of Haila's spring break is moot, but it's moot because of other issues. So I guess we'll see how "maybe" turns out for April 9 as that's our last chance before May... and I don't think May is happening.

The only reason I put that is because the 8th is my birthday and I thought something might happen for it but that is looking as not likely so we can change it to yes. Pending the sexy Italians situation of course.

No, I really wasn't mocking your maybe. I figure eventually it will firm up one way or another, and the Italian situation is going to be constantly in flux.

April 9th. I haven't heard back from the sea flacon about his travel, so hopefully that's good.

I think after this it will be something like July until we game again. Maybe the second half of June. There are twins just waiting to poop all over Par's house, and I'll be in Scotland the first two weeks of June (eliminating 3 weekends).
