Ok, I posted July 2nd. I think everyone can make that. Let me know otherwise. I was not expecting this date, so I have a lot of work to do.

I hear "room full of aoe fear hounds + flying guy with mage armor and shield" is all the rage with this crew.

Alright, let's figure this out.
August 6: Available August 13: Available August 20: Available August 27: Available September 3: Available September 10: No go.
Edit: On a related note, I have realized that 2 liches do not present a significant challenge. Hm. I need more liches.

I need to find out when my mom is back in town, and/or make alternate arrangements for the dog. I can play even without that, but I'd like to be coming off an off-friday.

Still waiting on Cooley, but it sounds like Sept 3. Of course, I discovered I'm supposed to do a piping thing that day, but life will go on if I miss it. In other news, I need more free time... http://kotaku.com/look-at-this-amazing-d-d-diorama-1784950148

If we game on Sept 4th, what would be the time?
Also, am I missing why we are skipping Aug. 20th and 27th?
I can most likely make all of those days work.

That diorama is awesome!
And there is no way that guy (obviously) has a family. Wife is possible, but unlikely...

I can most likely make all of those days work. I think we'd game a normal time. It's labor day weekend, so hopefully no one works on Monday. If you do work on Monday, we can move the time up. We skipped the 20th and 27th because I think Sweetcheeks ruled out the 20th and Partykins has something wildly inconvenient on the 27th. Sunday Sept 4th it is. Now I have a deadline... and I just need some ideas.

To be fair, I have something wildly inconvenient on the 26th. I'll be recovering on the 27th. Zem wrote: Sunday Sept 4th it is. Now I have a deadline... and I just need some ideas. Zem, we should have an adventure where our characters have to reverse engineer technomagic. Then we can discover the true meaning of pink.
I believe this Sunday 4th date will work for me. There is a good chance my mom will be back in town by then.

I moved the start time up to 2pm. I don't think noon will work because I need to eat breakfast at some point.

Quote: I need to eat breakfast at some point. If your schedule is anything like mine, then that point was sometime in mid 2009. I suspect besides that point, the first meal of the day for us is, generously, brunch.

We probably all need one of those.
Zemmy - recap?

So at some point, you stop giving a damn about the following:
1) Does an encounter seem reasonable? 2) Will the party be able to solve this problem you have put before them? 3) Can even you, the DM, possessing all knowledge, see any way for the party to solve the problem you have put before them? 4) Is this pretty much certain death?
For me, that point was Thursday.

Usually in my games, that point is around 14th level. At that point, I gave the PCs some powerful thing I forgot about. They'll maybe use that, whatever, look, it takes awhile to make six dragons.
