Looking through the spell list, I see Spectral Hand. This spell requires some wind up (because you have to cast it either during combat or right before), but it allows touch spells to be delivered at medium range.

The Summon spell line is also available. While these are technically close range, summoned monsters are obviously able to go punch things in the butt for you.

Glitterdust is available.

At 3rd level, there's a few spells with longer ranges- I'm seeing dispel magic, gloomblind bolt, and lightning bolt. There's still quite the focus on touch spells, and these are pretty damned powerful, so I think that you won't be outgrowing spectral hand as a ranged delivery method of top tier debuffs.

Also while metamagic is risky in E6, there is always a feat that increases the range category of a spell (touch to short, short to medium, medium to long):

(I will probably mangle the rods slightly- at the very least the CL being listed for greater cannot stand, as there are no 17th level casters, but I'm also looking at the balance of them a lot closer than I would in a full 20 campaign)
