This has:
1: The current wording for Ki Boost.
2: Wording changed for Elemental Ray because the phrasing "plus" seemed like I could do better.
3: Elemental ray at levels 3-5 buffed a good amount (from 2d6 to 2d10). It was way too low, and seriously worthless for a dual wield elemental ninja (Nalthic or Saneelan).
4: Elemental ray's most damaging option at levels 6-16 changed from 3d6 (average 10.5) to 2d12 (average 13).
5: Elemental ray's most damaging option at level 17+ changed from 3d8 (average 13.5) to 3d10 (average 16.5). My best guess for what's appropriate at that level changed, so I adjusted it.
The only notable change is the change to the level 3 subclass ability, because previously Nyxara wouldn't ever consider using it except if the entire turn would be at range. Note that it's still a ranged attack, and as such attacks with it are at disadvantage if you're within 5 feet of an enemy (the level 6 ability removes this disadvantage just as it did before).
