Post 5 (Battle at Final Refuge)
On Aiqasóma 3rd [DOY 143], a cold and dry day, the party circles the final refuge of the Dirnlat Loyalists, trying to find a good area to attack. They line up in a well obscured set of brush and wait for Tivuren to be let out in the morning, and battle begins reasonably far from the refuge. Each of the three druids under Ding Fasa controlled several animals enchanted with the now-familiar golden aura, and all retreated in waves until pressed for space. The party overwhelmed them.

Lómelindë - A principled and distant female elven druid, her expertise was with dinosaurs, and her bonded companion, the Tupandactylus "Laylee" caused some inconvenience before being stabbed to death by Geddreng (I'm pretty sure it was him).
Miret Finaway - A strong willed and friendly human male, trained with a longbow and sure to put it to good use, his bonded companion was Gleamy the Bag Jelly, who didn't even make it back inside the refuge.
Iren Woven - This gullible and faithful human male was canny enough to figure out Ember Remnant was simply too strong before the rest of his companions. His bonded companion is Nok Reen the forest landwyrmling. The only survivor of the attack as well.
Ding Fasa - Violent and absolutely self-assured, Ding went down taking as many of his enemies with him as he could- which turned out to be zero because of calm use of a first aid kit.

The Branch of Palendis then presented a puzzle- it was physically shattered but etherically intact, and it still caged Azarellen. The party discovered how to rebind and regrow the physical aspect, using magic recklessly to build it back faster. Once fully intact, Cyndra attempted to free Azarellen- something she was absolutely able to do. The way she did it was to shatter the cage- itself an extruded part of the etheric aspect of the branch- which resulted in a much different Branch of Palendis than before. Now, with the ethereal portion damaged and the physical portion unable to anchor, it became rooted to the spot until it is destroyed or until it fully repairs itself. Unlike before, where only the physical shell was damaged, there is no cantrip to help repair the etheric piece any faster than it can on its own.

It is Aiqasóma 8th [DOY 148], and heavy pollen has arrived to everyone's delight.

In addition to Tivuren, the ex-archdruid whose powers were robbed from him by drinking the serum of Aolsen (and who cannot find his cool gun), Quintar, a handsom elven male and presumed leader of the Ember Remnant, has arrived. While there are, hypothetically, three more novice members, none of those deemed strong enough to assault the old temple survived except for Quintar and Ariinthia, a strong and wide red dragonborn female, who has already decided to let herself be impressed by everyone. Quintar, for his part, has only been impressed by bladesong and its associated dance.
