I haven't even come up with a character for the new campaign yet! Right now, I am thinking about a Liger named "Checharone". What do you guys think?

I figured we'd all play pixies at this point. The only thing holding my character back is a bunch of visible, earth-bound pinkskins.

Wow, that's really weird. I swear that I looked and still saw the December time. I'm either going crazy, or you're messing with me.

If only I were that devious.

So what level are the rest of you? When you guys go from 10 to 11, I go from 7 to 9 (with a little extra training). I think that's coming up soon.

Oooooh, I remember now!

We all levelled by batteling giant crickets.

The chirping really helps put me to sleep. At first, sure, it seems loud... but there's a pleasant rhythm to it. The only thing better than the call of giant crickets in the enchanted forest is the soft rolling waves of the Bitter Sea with the occasional squawk from a demongull as it drifts down from the clear, starlit sky and catches a palladium-plated arthropod.

I demand a demongull vs. lava conch grudge match to the death.

That's pretty one-sided, don't you think? It's cruel, really. Next you'll want to throw Christians to the lions.

You level at the halfway mark actually Zem. Specifically, when you have enough XP to be 10th level, you are 7th. When you have halfway between 10th and 11th, you go to 8th, and when you get to 11th, you go to 9th.

Understood, but the combination of adding the 2 XP levels together, dividing by 2, and convincing the party to stop for a few days is much more difficult then just waiting.

Excellent session, John. One of our best so far, I think. Sorry that we obliterated your mind flayers - really, the statistics that were present throughout the entire night (starting with the "20% debacle") were bizarre.

Is it too early to start discussing available times in the coming weeks? Right now, I'm good for any weekend up until the weekend of February 18. In that vein, how about everyone says yea or nay for each of the following weekends (all Saturdays for now):

January 21 (might be too soon)
January 28
February 4
February 11

I am fine with everything but Feb 11 since it's the wee one's birthday. I'll just go ahead and assume she would be overly cross with me. I think the push was for Jan 28th.

I need to pick a 4th level spell. Hm.

Wow! Fast responses from everyone! Good work.

How is the Coke situation for the 28th?

Around TheGreenHat, I'm sure we're all known for our prompt responses to questions.

I assume you're asking about the Coke because we've established that we have a copious supply of bourbon right now.

Thank goodness the server is back online. I was worried we might not get an update before next weekend...

Does someone want to call Cooley and make sure he is at least aware of gaming? I assume Sweetcheeks will figure it out when we all show up at his house.

Oh sorry, I thought I had responded. The last few weeks have been a little busy. I am all set to go and already had it on the calendar

It's nice to think that people still call each other in this day and age.

And I'm in.

You worry too much Markie poo.

In February I will be gone for the weekend of the 18th. How does the 25th work for you all?
