If we do the 13th, I'd love an early start with a not-too-late end, since I have a rescheduled softball game early the next day. Mother Nature has not been kind to us this spring.

I shall scour the interwebs for a conference table... although it stands to reason if we really want to move it before I find something, we can use the existing table.

I'm going tonight to see it and probably pick this one up. It's crappy, but... well, any table will end up crappy, so it might as well start crappy.

That's kind of the idea... but I'm starting with a table. The next step is mounting keyboard drawers and cup holders.

Installed.

It's in much better shape than I anticipated. It's narrow than I'd like, but oh well.

Yeah, it's a bit narrow. But we'll make do. I assume we'll have side tables and whatnot?

If that set came with the sexy hunk of man meat in the photo, you got yourself the deal of the century.

Excellent!

The map may sort of swallow that thing for the ventral players. But it looks like there's plenty of room for side tables.

Nice.

Yes, there is. Behind Sweetcheeks are short bookcases, and the tops of those will be clear. On the other side we can obviously shove that bicycle thingy back.

All the 4x8s that I found fell into at least one of two categories. Either they were over $500 for the table alone, or the corners were rounded. And by "rounded" I mean the rounding on the ends had a diameter equal to the width of the table. That lost a lot of space for the DM.

Time to start looking at some possible dates for the next session? I'll start with 3 weeks from our last session.

May 4: Mostly good for me. I might be umpiring in a tournament that weekend, but I can tell them I'm only available until ~2pm or so.
May 11: Good
May 18: Nope

May 4th is out.
May 11th might work. It would be after 5pm before I can make it.
May 18th is out.

If we want Yeti, we have the following unaccounted for on May 11th:

Scuby, Sweetcheeks.

We could likely start a bit before 5, as I don't think there's any Alenka specific plot planned there.

I have to help my Grandma move that day but I think we will probably be done in time for some gaming if we start at 4 or so.

I can be good for the 25th I believe... Early June will be tough. Practice for Pikes Peak is the first weekend, and I will most likely need a lot help around that same time to cast a bunch of teleports. How many items can you carry with you in a teleport?

Maybe I just need a really large bag-o-holding?

Or an army of celestial sentient apes. That would do it...

Or perhaps 3 hill giants with a kind disposition...

If any of you know of any of those, that would be super duper helpful...

Oh, and Pikes Peak is on the 30th of June, so I am definitely out for that weekend. Of course, I could be dead by then...

Oh hai!

I will be coaching that weekend. Assuming we do not have games in the evening, the 25th should be ok.

Hrm. It seems like we should gamble on this.

It is worth it. Normally they will not schedule night games since the Rapids play at that time. The exception is weather: if it is bad during the day they will bump the games to evening times. This decision is obviously made on game day.
