A weapon with this Kenda Gem inserted into its gemsocket grants two benefits:
• The weapon has +1 to hit.
• On a hit, the weapon briefly creates an electrical discharge and deals an extra 1d8 lightning damage.
Armor / Clothing
Wearing armor or clothing with this Kenda Gem inserted into its gemsocket grants three benefits:
• +1 AC
• When you roll a death save, you also roll a d12. You can replace the result of the d20 with that of the d12.
• You can doff the armor or clothing as an action.

The variable lustrate star has to collapse into a stable form, and Nyxara wills it into an Impulsive Lustrate star:

Spell Lens. If this lustrate star is your Spell Lens, you can choose to channel your spells through it. Whenever you do, add 1 to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your spells and roll a Spelldie and consult the Spelldie chart, and the Star Avatar becomes active.
Star Avatar. This star’s avatar is a reddish-orange star image the size of a cantaloupe that sheds light as a light spell as it swirls around you. Once on your turn while it is active, you can cause it to burn a target within five feet of you for 1d6 fire damage. It remains active until you stop concentrating on the spell you cast or until the end of your next turn, whichever occurs later.
Ki Power. Add +1 to the DC of your Ki Features that are not spells. If you have more than one Ki Power effect, only the strongest one applies.
Shield. +1 AC
If you and an ally you can see within 20 feet are both targets of an effect that affects an area and that causes you both to make a saving throw, you can use your reaction to grant both you and your ally advantage on the saving throw.
If the inscribed shield is damaged, the lustrate star repairs it by 2 hit points every dawn, and it has twice as many hitpoints as it normally would.

Using the one conjunctive reagant, the Shining Pure Corundum become Perfect Pure Corundum. Upgrading from common to uncommon is going to be instant; more substantial upgrades will take time and some level of magical expertise.

While energized, the weapon glows, shedding dim light for 5 feet. While the weapon is energized, it deals an extra 1d4 damage to any target it hits. The weapon remains energized until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or sheathe the weapon.

A weapon with this Kenda Gem inserted into its gemsocket will heed a command work spoken with a bonus action, causing flames to erupt from the weapon. These flames shed bright light in a 40-foot radius and dim light for an additional 40 feet. While the weapon is ablaze, it deals an extra 2d6 fire damage to any target it hits. The flames last until you will them extinguished (no action required), or until you drop or sheathe the weapon.
Armor / Clothing
Wearing armor or clothing with this Kenda Gem inserted into its gemsocket grants three benefits:
• You have resistance to fire damage.
• You have a +4 bonus to initiative.
• You can doff the armor or clothing as an action.
